- Stand or squat over the basin directly. Some prefer putting the tank in the toilet and then sitting on the toilet.
- Wrap a towel around your waist and legs to avoid escaping the steam.
The steam can cool sooner, depending on how hot the water is. But before you try it yourself, you will want to consider its supposed benefits and possible safety issues.
Benefits of Vaginal Steaming
Vaginal steaming has advantages and disadvantages. Many of the supposed benefits are not science proven so practice caution when trying steaming.
V-steaming supposedly alleviates:

But most evidence of proven health and fertility by v-steaming are not science-backed.
As the supposed benefits of vaginal steaming are not scientifically proven. Hence, there are chances that it won’t balance any hormones, and it can mess with your vagege’s good bacteria. The hormone factory is located in the ovary, so steaming your vagina won’t help with stabilizing hormones. Moreover, the vagina is a self-cleaning machine. Evidence shows that it offers better blood flow to the vagina, which means yoni steaming has general benefits to the vaginal organ. If you want to alleviate pain and reduce cramps, then yoni steaming is for you. If you want to increase the chance for fertility, v-steam might not be for you. You should look for a specialist that will help you in a better way.
